1. Who we are

Horizon Tech Journey Limited (“we”, “us”) is a private company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, company number 78775318, with its registered office at Unit D02, 9/F, Pak Yu Industrial Centre, 18 Cheung Yue Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We operate as a mobile performance marketing company.

2. Information we collect through this website

This website is a static informational site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on these pages.

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and availability purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
• Email you send us. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Contact form. The brief form on our contact page opens your own email client. Nothing is transmitted to our servers until you send the message yourself.

3. Information we process in advertising operations

In the course of running app install campaigns for advertising partners, we may process device identifiers and campaign events — for example advertising identifiers, install events and in-app events — strictly as instructed by the advertiser and in accordance with the attribution provider’s terms.

We do not sell personal data. We do not build cross-site profiles. We do not process special category data.

4. Legal bases and purpose

We process information to respond to business enquiries, to execute advertising campaigns under contract, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to protect the security of our systems.

5. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the advertising partner or network on whose campaign we are working, limited to the reporting required for that campaign; (b) service providers that host and operate our infrastructure; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not otherwise disclose information to third parties.

6. Retention

Business correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to maintain the commercial relationship and to satisfy statutory record-keeping requirements. Campaign reporting data is retained according to the relevant partner agreement.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@htjpartners.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and work with partners in multiple jurisdictions. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

9. Security

Access to business systems is restricted, protected by two-factor authentication and reviewed periodically. We do not store payment card data.

10. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie at the network edge; it carries no personal profile and is not used for tracking.

11. Children

Our services are business-to-business and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
